Taylor Howes was tasked with designing the lobby and all communal areas within this distinguished residential development in the heart of Marylebone. Marylebone Village has become one of London’s most coveted addresses, it is known as a neighbourhood for combining culture and style, via the design of Seymour Street, drawing inspiration from this, the team introduced a sophisticated colour palette, welcoming in tone, with statement features and striking artwork.

Through the considered use of lighting and dressing of the shelves we were able to create a softness as well as create a dramatic feature in the reception.

True to the Taylor Howes aesthetic, we were able to inject statement colours to work harmoniously with the dark sophisticated tone of the lobby.
